Media Management: strategize, plan, and execute
In 2015, I began my journey of self-education in Design Thinking (DT) and innovative problem-solving methodologies. Four years later, in 2019, I focused my thesis Research on exploring the effectiveness of applying Design Thinking principles to medical equipment production. Specifically, I aimed to overcome cognitive biases in decision-making processes. In this research, I employed Design Thinking tools to mitigate communication barriers during the surveying phase. The participants in the research group consisted of industry experts who may not have been familiar with cognitive biases. To ensure accurate responses, I designed informative infographics as visual aids. The implementation of these infographics resulted in achieving high scores in my thesis.
My story began in 2015 when I joined Retain, a startup, as an intern project manager. It was during this time that I started learning design software and principles and saw an opportunity to contribute by creating artworks for social media communications. This experience became a pivotal turning point in my career, igniting my passion for user interface (UI) design and human-centered design principles. As I delved deeper into the world of design, I realized its impact on crafting engaging and intuitive user experiences. In 2018, I took on the responsibility of designing and developing the application interface and platform admin panel for MedKidz. This project allowed me to showcase my expertise in User Interface Design and create an intuitive and visually appealing interface for the application.
In 2019, I transitioned into working as a freelance WordPress designer. As a freelancer, I utilized my skills in UI design and WordPress development to create visually appealing and functional websites for clients. I had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with coding languages such as HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and Java through a practical project in Elado, which greatly strengthened my interest in computer science. In my recent experience, I served as a web manager at Psymood, where I undertook various responsibilities. I successfully managed server maintenance on Google Cloud, ensuring smooth operations. Additionally, I implemented Google Analytics and Tag Manager to closely monitor and analyze website data for SEO improvement.. In this period I’d completed many micro courses and gained experience by working on the projects at hand.
During my postgraduate program in interactive media management, I had the opportunity to immerse myself in the complete creative process, spanning ideation to development. The program encompassed a wide range of essential areas, including business strategy, content planning, interactive narrative, project management, and analytics. One of the significant accomplishments during my studies was the creation of a project called gate io status, which was like a baby born during the program. This project likely involved the application of the knowledge and skills acquired throughout the program, showcasing my ability to develop and implement innovative interactive media solutions.
Health Care Solution
The objective of this idea is twosome: Simplicity of acquiring family physicians and the follow-up for getting specialist appointments.
An application that shows the best option based on the user insurance and built up a medical record and further appointments is the deliverable. The time frame for basic research to prototype is three months.
the whole purpose is to create a solution and a platform that brings ease to the people seeking to find a family doctor, either with a medical record in Canada or as an immigrant.
This problem can be solved by providing information about open spots in walk-in clinics and alternatives in case of emergency cases. By continuing and creating effective communication between these two parties ( clinical staff and users), other areas of getting appointments can be improved that can be beneficial to both of these groups.
Pregnancy Screening services
Creating the Pregnancy Companion App was a thrilling design adventure that brought together the powerful combination of Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, and Adobe XD. As a passionate designer, I harnessed the unique strengths of each tool to craft an unforgettable user experience.
Adobe Illustrator was the heart of the creative process, allowing me to bring the app’s visual identity to life with stunning illustrations, captivating icons, and a vibrant color palette that resonates with the excitement of pregnancy.
To add motion and interactivity, After Effects became my playground. I animated the app’s onboarding screens and transitions, ensuring that every interaction felt seamless and engaging, making users fall in love with the app from the first tap.
Figma played a crucial role in the collaborative aspect of the design. It facilitated smooth communication with the development team, enabling us to work hand in hand to create a polished, functional product. The responsive design capabilities of Figma ensured that the app looked and felt amazing across all devices.

WEB TECHNOLOGIES AND CLOUD DATABASES
Since 2019, I’ve been diving into HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap, creating landing pages based on my designs. This sparked an interest in learning how to work with CMS software and using data to boost site performance and SEO. This journey also led me to the basics of server management and learning different languages to handle server operations.
After my graduation from Interactive Media Management, I worked as an apprentice at a company called Psymood and put all of this knowledge into practice. During this journey, I utilized tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Cloud.
I love the world of web development and everything it offers. It provides a structured set of services while giving you the freedom to think creatively and find the best solutions to achieve desired outcomes.
